A strategic meeting was held at the office of Mama Francisca To The World by Mama Francisca and her team to discuss the upcoming conference, “Breaking Silence and Free from Domestic Violence in Marriages and Relationships.” The conference aims to empower 200 women, providing them with a platform to share their experiences and find support.
A Team of Dedicated Professionals
The meeting was attended by Apostle Evans Odifo Darko, Project Administrator; Afrikaba Ronnie, Media Practitioner; and Miranda Edem Buadu-Mireku, Teacher and Secretary for the foundation. Together, they brainstormed innovative ways to make the conference a transformative experience for the attendees.
Key Objectives
The team discussed several key objectives, including:
1. Securing a Guest Speaker*: Identifying a renowned expert to share insightful knowledge on overcoming domestic violence.
2. Funding and Sponsorship*: Exploring avenues to secure funding to support the conference and provide resources for the attendees.
3. Mobilizing Women*: Developing a strategy to bring women together as a group every three weeks, fostering a sense of community and support.
4. Income-Generating Skills*: Raising funds to provide training and resources for women to acquire income-generating skills, promoting financial independence.
